- 03Users have two convenient ways to access HelloCentre: Web: Visit https://app.hellocentre.com.au directly via a web browser. Mobile Apps: iOS users: Download the HelloCentre app from the Apple App Store. Android users: Download the HelloCentre app from Google Play.
- 04No additional software is required. End-users accessing callback features embedded in partner websites or apps do not need separate installations. The callback system seamlessly integrates into existing partner platforms.
- 05Open the HelloCentre website or app. Select the "Account" section. Enter your mobile number. Tap "Get Code" to receive an SMS verification code. Input the verification code received. Carefully read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy by checking the boxes. Click "Sign Up" to complete your registration.
- 06Yes. We are 100% Australian-owned and fully compliant with the Telecommunications Consumer Protections Code, the Privacy Act 1988, ISO standard and other relevant standards.
- 07Open the HelloCentre app and navigate to "Account". Tap the "Recharge" button located at the top-right corner. Select "Call Credit Top-Up", then tap "Top Up". Choose your preferred payment method and finalize the transaction. Once payment is successful, your updated balance is displayed clearly in your account.
- 08Access the HelloCentre platform (web or app). In the "Category" module, select the company and specific department you wish to call. Follow the clear visual IVR prompts to select your required service. Select your preferred callback time and the phone number you wish to be called on. Click "Send the Call" to submit your request. You are now free—HelloCentre handles all waiting and navigation automatically. At your selected time, your phone will ring, connecting you directly with the targeted service representative. If you want to receive the call ASAP instead of schedule a future certain time slot, just don’t select any time slot. After you click send the call, we immediately hold the line and process your request.
- 09You can easily navigate back and correct your selection before submitting. If submitted, simply cancel the request and resubmit with the correct details.
- 10If you miss your call, HelloCentre automatically reinitiates the full calling process, including queue navigation and IVR menu selection. This cycle repeats until you successfully connect—ensuring no missed opportunities.
- 11Currently, you can cancel and send a new call.
- 12HelloCentre converts traditional spoken IVR menus into clear text-based visual menus. Instead of listening to lengthy voice prompts, users select services by simply tapping clearly labelled buttons on the screen.
- 13Yes. If you change your phone number or create a new account, contact our customer support team. Upon verification, we will securely transfer your remaining credits to the new account.
